Who are Preston Vocational Centre (PVC)? PVC was established in 2009, becoming part of the Community Gateway Association (CGA) Group as its charitable subsidiary in 2013. Since 2009, we've welcomed over 7000 learners through our doors, helping them re-engage with education and reach their potential. Learners gain a variety of practical construction skills during their time with PVC, as well as soft skills to support them with future employment.
