Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and develop relationships across a panel of wholesale clients, including IFAs, DFMs, and wealth managers.
  • Drive fund flows and client engagement through a combination of outbound contact, strategic follow-ups, and personalised service.
  • Collaborate with field sales colleagues to execute regional strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Present investment solutions in a credible, consultative manner across a range of asset classes.
  • Support the development of junior team members; prior mentoring or informal leadership experience is highly valued.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution or intermediary sales within asset management.
  • Solid understanding of the UK wholesale landscape, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to articulate complex fund propositions clearly.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus.
