Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Manchester / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £37,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and showcasing how their expert services drive success across industries.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and research potential clients across multiple sectors
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs
• Craft and execute strategic plans to consistently exceed sales targets
• Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the value of the company’s solutions
• Manage your sales pipeline using the company CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences
• Stay informed on industry trends to spot fresh business opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in business development or sales, preferably in B2B
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about exceeding goals
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Experience with CRM and sales tools is a plus
