At Lyreco, we are global leaders in providing workplace supplies, dedicated to offering the best solutions to businesses worldwide. We’re expanding our product offerings and need a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our SMB Sales Division, focusing on Kent and surrounding areas.
The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, expanding existing relationships, and securing new business opportunities.
In return, you will receive a salary of £28k-£32k per annum (+ commission OTE £18k per annum), along with a company car, laptop, and mobile phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory.
- Foster relationships with prospective customers through various communication channels, building enduring connections.
- Enjoy remote work, focusing on customer-facing interactions such as cold calling and client visits.
- Meet challenging yet achievable targets, with promotions based on results. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Requirements for Success:
- Proven prospecting skills and ability to identify new leads for business growth.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resilience in facing challenges and setbacks.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
