Business Development Executive - Join Our Sales Team!
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing revenue? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our reach in the education sector.
At Tes, we create intelligent online products and services that empower schools and enable great teaching worldwide. As part of our sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow our SaaS revenue by identifying new opportunities and nurturing key relationships with schools across the UK.
What you’ll do
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships to secure new sales
- Demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients using a value-based approach
- Meet ambitious sales targets and KPIs
- Grow revenue and help schools with solutions that truly make a difference in education
Locations: Talbot Green (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office, 2 days from home)
What we’re looking for
- Experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- A hunter mentality: you thrive on closing deals and driving results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for education and making a real impact
