The Role

As a Business Development Executive, your focus will be generating qualified appointments for the Sales Manager by engaging key decision-makers across Architects, Contractors and End-Users within Manufacturing, Food and Industrial sectors.

You’ll play a vital role in driving new project opportunities and building a long-term pipeline.


Core Responsibilities

  • Use the CRM and industry tools to identify contacts for new project leads
  • Proactively call Architects, Contractors and End-Users
  • Establish strong rapport and secure meetings for the Sales Manager
  • Accurately maintain and update CRM records
  • Build and nurture a sustainable pipeline of project opportunities


What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, particularly outbound outreach
  • Experience within a high-value project sales environment
  • Confident and engaging telephone communicator
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Own transport recommended due to office location

Desirable:

  • Experience selling to Architects and Contractors
  • Specification sales background
