Business Development Executive | Midlands (East & West) Location: Field-Based (Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester & surrounding)

Salary: £30,000 + DOE + Uncapped OTE

The Role: Magnus Search is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across the Midlands. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strategic prospecting and expert relationship management. Key Responsibilities & Reporting: Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the Operations Manager and the Operations Director .

Lead Generation: Identifying and securing new B2B opportunities through a consultative sales approach.

Strategy: Implementing territory-specific growth plans to maximise market share.

Requirements: Driving License: A full UK Driving License is mandatory for this role.

Proven success in business development or field sales.
