We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to help grow awareness and adoption of our enterprise ticketing platform.
You should be a motivated self-starter with experience in the events industry - ideally selling ticketing platforms or related products and services. You’ll be confident initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
In this role, you’ll hold the primary responsibility for generating and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to bring leading partners onto our platform. You’ll be on the front line of our go-to-market efforts - shaping strategy, opening doors, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales to define our go-to-market strategy
- Working with marketing to build and refine prospect lists aligned with our ICP
- Executing outbound outreach across multiple channels - phone, email, LinkedIn, events
- Running discovery calls to qualify leads, understand prospect needs, and drive engagement
- Managing seamless handovers to the sales team while supporting deal progression as needed
You’ll also be expected to:
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (currently Freshsales), ensuring full visibility of the pipeline
- Report regularly on outreach activity and pipeline progress
- Continuously refine messaging, tactics, and outreach strategy based on results
