West Yorkshire (Selby through Leeds to Sheffield) . Youll take ownership of your own territory, managing a pipeline of opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering a first-class consultative sales experience to employers across engineering and manufacturing sectors. What Youll Be Doing Delivering a consultative sales approach across apprenticeship and training solutions Managing and developing a pipeline of opportunities to achieve personal sales targets Building strong, long-term relationships with employers and key accounts Delivering engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospects and clients Attending meetings with employers, stakeholders, and industry contacts Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all activity Gathering and sharing market intelligence to support business strategy Supporting and attending events, exhibitions, open days and promotional activities Contributing to team activity, meetings and wider organisational initiatives What Were Looking For Proven experience in business development, key account management, or employer engagement Strong consultative sales skills and ability to influence at all levels Confident presenting and building credibility with clients Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware Comfortable managing your own territory in a home-based role Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Experience in a similar role and sector would be a distinct advantage.
