This role is strategically focused on Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) , and we are seeking someone who already understands that environment, its structure, its pressures, and its decision-makers.

The foundations are already in place. What the business now needs is a proven, credible business developer who can: Leverage existing JLR relationships and networks Open doors quickly and effectively Position the business early in future programmes Build long-term, trusted relationships with JLR engineering, purchasing and programme teams Convert technical capability into commercial opportunity You will work closely with the senior leadership, engineering and operations teams to ensure opportunities are progressed professionally and competitively. What Were Looking For Ideally, you will bring: Proven business development or key account experience within automotive manufacturing Strong knowledge of JLR and its supplier engagement model Existing relationships and contacts within JLR Confidence operating at both engineering and commercial levels A structured, professional approach to opportunity development The credibility to represent a tier-one supplier at senior OEM level This role would suit someone who enjoys relationship-led selling, long-term programme development, and working closely with technical teams.
