We’re expanding our sales team and are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across Scotland.
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of your own territory and build a strong pipeline within an established and growing fire and security business.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and developing your own pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and self-generated opportunities
* Identifying and engaging key decision-makers across your territory
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
* Delivering tailored proposals and winning new business
* Maintaining a consistent, high-quality pipeline
* Managing activity and performance through CRM

About You
* Proven track record in new business B2B sales
* Experience in fire & security or a related industry (e.g. facilities management, telecoms, technical services)
* Demonstrated success in self-generating opportunities and closing deals
* Confident in opening new doors and building relationships from scratch
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Full UK driving licence
