Roles/Responsibilities

• Drive new business and secure specifications with architects, developers, housebuilders, and contractors
• Promote technical fixing solutions as part of a value-led engineering offering
• Build and maintain relationships across the construction and specification ecosystem
• Provide technical expertise on product application and performance
• Increase brand visibility across residential, commercial, and public-sector projects
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement long-term specification strategy
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and field activity

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of construction products or fixing/fastening solutions
• Proven experience in specification sales or selling into construction project environments
• Track record of engaging with architects, engineers, developers, or main contractors
• Self-starter with a proactive, new business “hunter” mentality
• Experience working for a manufacturer (preferred)
• Established network within construction, building products, or related sectors
