We are recruiting on behalf of a global market research firm seeking a Business Development Manager to join their expanding commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales.

Role Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including potential markets, clients, and partnerships.
Develop tailored strategies to penetrate new sectors and enhance client engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Conduct needs assessments and develop customised proposals and solutions.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches.
Attend relevant industry events and conferences to network and stay current with trends.
Create accurate sales forecasts and proactively work to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain a strong understanding of research services, market conditions, and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Required Skills & Experience
At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales within market research, insights, or related sectors.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
A strategic and creative approach to sales and client development.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-focused solutions.
Excellent customer service .
Solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
