Business Development Manager | Paper | UK | Up to £60k A leading supplier of premium specialty papers and self-adhesive materials, the company plays a key role in bringing high-quality, innovative paper and board solutions to customers across the UK. Its diverse portfolio supports a wide range of creative and commercial sectors, combining global expertise with strong local market knowledge to deliver distinctive materials that help brands, designers, and manufacturers create impactful and memorable products. You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners Identifying and developing new business opportunities within target markets such as packaging, print, publishing, and luxury brands Managing and growing existing customer accounts to increase sales and market share Preparing and delivering product presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations with clients Monitoring sales performance and achieving revenue and margin targets
Key attributes required:
