Business Development Manager - Payment Solutions Base Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + £5,000 car allowance OTE: £45,000-£80,000+ (uncapped) Location: Variety of locations A fast-growing payment solutions company, backed by a large mainstream bank, is seeking an accomplished Payments Consultant to drive new business growth and deliver exceptional results in the payments sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in payment solutions or the wider fintech industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the payments sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Deliver sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Advise clients on payment solutions, products, and services that meet their business needs. Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Represent the business at client meetings, events, and industry engagements. About the Candidate: Proven success within payment solutions, merchant services, or related fintech sectors. Results-driven with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Commercially minded and able to identify and act on sales opportunities. Confident in field sales or client-facing roles, able to work independently to achieve targets.
