The role of the Business Development Manager

Plumbing & Heating Systems will involve: Business Development Manager position dealing with a range of underfloor heating systems sold into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders. Achieving new business sales targets by building and managing a strong, right-sized pipeline Proactively generating new opportunities through structured prospecting and face-to-face appointments Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to on boarding and order handover Maximising customer spend through value-based selling, upsell/cross-sell, and collaboration with Key Account Managers Act as a trusted product expert and brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and continuous self-improvement The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager

Plumbing & Heating Systems with: Must have 2+ years experience in business development or a similar sales role Must have experience within a underfloor heating systems and/or experience selling into
