Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based – Oxford/Reading/Southampton

Up to £41,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Build strong relationships with independent food market players using your curiosity and passion for food
• Create tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money
• Drive growth and achieve profit targets, earning rewards accordingly
• Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported
• Monitor market trends and competitors to provide the best solutions and insights

What we are looking for:

Experience in field sales is preferred but not essential. We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a positive impact on the business by meeting targets.

Confidence in field activities and a customer-centric approach are essential, as is a willingness to learn about our products and services through our comprehensive induction program. Experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
