They are now looking to expand their sales team by appointing a field-based Business Development Manager to develop and grow regional territory.
Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid position with flexible home working options available
The Business Development Manager will:

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships
*
Develop and execute strategic growth plans
*
Conduct market research and generate leads
*
Prepare and present sales proposals
*
Negotiate contracts and close deals
*
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
*
Strong commercial awareness and strategic planning skills
*
Confident preparing proposals and negotiating agreements
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability ️
*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
*
Experience within the telecommunications sector is essential
Package & Benefits

Basic salary: £38,000
*
Uncapped commission structure
*
OTE £80,000–£100,000 for top performers
