DAY TO DAY
Lead generation and prospecting
Contact prospective clients via phone, email and LinkedIn to generate leads to convert to sales
Maintain the internal CRM with progress of leads and prospects
Work with key accounts to develop relationships
Meet KPIs
General administration
ALL ABOUT YOU -
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exposure to working with recruitment/ HR teams
Familiarity with tech and AI
Target driven
Ideally a good working knowledge within the recruitment/ HR industry
AND FOR YOU -
Hybrid once trained with offices in central Bath
Opportunity for permanent role based on performance
