About the RoleNexora Chemistry India is looking for a Business Development Manager focused on the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to help grow our export business for acid and industrial chemical products. This is a commission-only position, ideal for professionals with an existing network in the chemical or import sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and convert leads in the UAE chemical and industrial markets
- Promote Nexora Chemistry India’s acid product portfolio to relevant buyers
- Manage buyer communication, coordinate with internal team, and ensure smooth order processing
- Drive negotiations, close sales, and follow up on payments
- Provide regular reports on progress, leads, and deals
- Earn 3% to 5% commission on net profit from every successful order
- No fixed salary – performance-based earnings only
- Commissions are paid upon successful buyer payment
- Strong network in the UAE’s chemical, industrial, or trading sectors
- Experience in B2B sales or exports (chemicals preferred)
- Knowledge of export process and documentation (INCOTERMS, packing, etc.)
- Self-driven and results-focused, able to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Trusted Indian exporter of high-quality acids and chemicals
- Support with quotations, product data, and shipping documentation
- Flexible, remote work – you control your pace
- High earning potential without limits
