Business Development Manager – Complex Care

Salary Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Comms+ Travel Allowance

Hybrid Field & Office Based

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Are you a driven sales or account management professional with experience in healthcare or complex care services?

We’re partnering with a forward-thinking care provider to find a Business Development Manager who’s ready to make a meaningful impact.

You’ll lead on identifying and securing new complex care packages, working closely with commissioners, clinical teams, and operational staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and managing relationships with commissioners
• Leading on new business acquisition and service mobilisation
• Working cross-functionally with clinical & ops teams
• Attending MDTs, family meetings, and presenting proposals
• Keeping your pipeline fresh and moving

What You’ll Need:

• Proven BD, sales or account management experience in healthcare or extensive experience in Complex Neuro as a Clinician or in Operations
• Background in complex care or Brain injury services will be a big plus
• Confidence, independence & great communication
• UK driving licence – this will involve field-based visits so must be willing to travel when needed
