Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a Financial Services company who are a lending specialist.\n  \n Working within your postcode territory, you will be prospecting new and existing businesses to grow your loan book.\n You will be joining at an exciting time as they have growth plans for both revenue and people over the next 3 years.\n  \n As they grow, there will be career development opportunities and an opportunity to have an impact in a growing business.\n  \n The successful candidate will have experience in a Business Development role within a Financial Services company.\n  \n This is a remote role, where you must live in or around Exeter Plymouth or Torquay. \n  \n Responsibilities & day to day duties \n As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:\n \nBuilding and maintaining new and existing relationships with new clients but also with introducers such as brokers and accountants. \nBuilding and maintaining a level of new enquiries, identify and secure opportunities for new business and contacts \nConduct sales meetings with prospective clients when required and complete loan templates. \nDeliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospective clients, internal and external customers.

\nManage sales pipeline and diarise effectively, following up with outstanding enquiries and account management as required. Skills & experience required.\n As a Business Development Manager, we are looking for the following skills and experience:\n \nExperience in a Business Development role within Financial Services. \nProven track record in winning new business in a B2B environment.
