Business Development Manager London & South East\n Up to £75,000 plus package\n\nDue to continued growth, we are seeking a UK Senior Sales / Business Development Manager to join a busy facades sub-contractor to source, manage and grow key accounts and new business in London.\n This company is recognised as a leading contractor in the delivery of bespoke high end facades and glass projects. This will require someone with more than just a sales approach but a detailed understanding of the design and technical aspects of the work.\n\nThe role will be predominantly based from offices in Central London, with the expectation to set up and attend regular prospecting meetings across the Greater London area, attend site for pre-start meetings and site updates at various locations. With an already existing customer base, the ideal candidate will not only maintain strong relationships with key accounts but continue to grow the customer portfolio.\n\nYou will work closely with the BD Director and Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to develop new opportunities for profitable and sustainable growth.\n\nThis opportunity is ideal for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated professional with ambitions to make an impact.\n UK Senior Sales / Business Development Manager Duties:\n\nReading construction drawings and BoQ's, working with Main Contractors to agree product detail, programme schedules and lead times.\nManage relationships and set expectations with Contractors.\nWorking closely with Sales Administrators to draw up order details for customer sign off.\nWork with the Estimating Department to manage sales enquiries.\nMaintain an up-to-date record of all leads and sales via our bespoke CRM (url removed) Senior Sales / Business Development Manager Requirements:\n\nYou will have a proven track record of self-generated leads to execute these strategies driving business both in new and existing markets.\nProven track record in achieving sales targets.\nIdeally have experience in the Glass, Windows, Facades industry.\nVery strong attention to detail.\nAbility to learn new processes and products quickly.\nProficient in using emails and Microsoft Office.\nStrong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in residential and commercial developments\nStrong communication skills\nSelf-motivated\nWell-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers at a senior level
