Due to expansion, they are now seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team.

This is a remote role based in the UK, offering flexibility while working with a collaborative international team and cutting-edge fintech partners. As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and driving revenue growth within the payments space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel and fintech sectors

Develop and maintain strong client relationships across a wide range of stakeholders

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and commercial proposals

Conduct market research to uncover trends and support strategic decisions

Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking functions

Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide regular reports to leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions

Coordinate with project and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery

About You:

Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong understanding of the financial services and payments landscape

Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and technical teams alike

Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

Experience with prepaid or financial products is a plus

Multilingual abilities (particularly European languages) are advantageous

Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK and Europe
