What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading outbound prospecting efforts through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and events
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic lead generation plans
- Representing our agency in first-touch meetings and briefings
- Building rapport with prospects and exploring their needs through consultative discovery
- Writing detailed internal briefs for colleagues and supporting proposal development
- Contributing ideas to outreach campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Using CRM tools to manage, track, and optimise lead data
- Attending networking events and staying plugged into marketing trends and competitor activity

What You’ll Be Doing

- Contributing ideas to outreach campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Using CRM tools to manage, track, and optimise lead data
- Attending networking events and staying plugged into marketing trends and competitor activity
- A proven track record in lead generation or business development (ideally 2–3 years)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of marketing concepts
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers and internal stakeholders alike
- Self-starter who thrives on targets and enjoys the challenge of building something new
- Skilled in managing multiple opportunities and prioritising workload
- Experience using CRM systems is a bonus (but not essential)
