Direct Staff UK is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead, grow, and develop our Uxbridge operation, recruiting across Industrial sectors, supplying temporary staffing solutions.

This role is ideal for a proven Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant or an ambitious senior recruiter ready to take lead of an operation and build a successful, high-performing DSUK business.

The Role

BDM

Industrial, you will have full responsibility for the performance, growth, and day-to-day management of the Uxbridge Operation. To manage your own team of sales

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing Industrial recruitment desks

Driving temporary recruitment sales

New business development and key account management

Ensuring high standards of compliance and service delivery

Identifying new market opportunities and areas for growth

Leading by example through personal billings and business development

Working closely with the Management team
