This role may suit an experienced professional from the health and social care sector, business development, or coaching sectors who are struggling to manage a full 5-day working week.

The Role

  1. Research, identify, and develop relationships in the local community, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities by growing, influencing, and leveraging your network.
  2. Lead and motivate the team to achieve enquiry generation objectives with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase market share and generate employment opportunities.
  3. Develop and deliver innovative approaches, both face-to-face and virtual, to increase awareness of Home Instead's client services and employment opportunities in the local community.
  4. Continuously deliver a message that reflects our mission, vision, and values, and communicates our value proposition.
  5. Proactively manage a referral pipeline, prioritizing opportunities, moving them through stages, and managing activities to meet revenue targets.
  6. Develop key relationships with business leaders and health professionals across North Wales to build a strong referral network.
  7. Define marketing plans and digital media strategies that adhere to brand guidelines, focusing on meeting or exceeding goals, engagement, relationships, and awareness.
  8. Support managers and key staff with training and development in a positive service culture.
  9. Generate growth in new and existing services, enhancing client package longevity and acquisition.
  10. Accurately track and record enquiries, using data to optimize messaging and community education strategies.
  11. Use market and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  12. Maintain accurate data to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  13. Work with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold the company's reputation for high-quality service delivery.
  14. Manage own time effectively, prioritizing critical tasks and adapting to changing business needs.
  15. Perform other duties necessary for business operations.
  16. Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policies.
  17. Manage and meet KPI targets.
