Business Development Manager – HVAC Remote role covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds £50,000 basic plus uncapped bonus Car allowance, pension, 25 days holiday Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in VRF systems and Air Source Heat Pumps? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global HVAC leader and make a real impact across the North of England. The Role: Generating opportunities face-to-face, over the phone and via events to bring on new accounts. Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring top-tier service and increased annual spend. Liaise with M&E firms, FM businesses, and renewable energy contractors to promote solutions. Map target industries and secure new business within key verticals and large-scale projects. Present weekly plans and maintain CRM records What We’re Looking for: Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development. Strong technical understanding of air source heat pumps and VRF systems and the HVAC market overall. Proven ability to sell into large-scale projects.
