Job Description

Business Development Manager

London

£40,000 - £55,000 + Travel Expenses + Bonus

Join a fast-growing premium drinks company with a strong portfolio of established UK brands, produced across multiple sites in England, Scotland, and Wales.

The business supplies a broad mix of sectors including luxury hospitality, national hotel and QSR groups, retail, travel, healthcare, and major leisure and sports venues. Recognised in the Sunday Times 100 (2025), its rapid growth is driven by expanding customer demand, entry into new markets, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As part of its continued expansion, the business is now hiring a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and secure new distribution within the London hospitality sector.

The Role

  • Own the entire new-business pipeline across London’s premium hotels, restaurants and bars, from prospecting to pitching to closing.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across luxury groups, iconic venues, trend-led bars, and top restaurants, building a targeted universe of prospects.
  • Deliver standout brand pitches that bring the relevant portfolio to life for buyers, F&B teams, and group decision-makers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms that secure profitable, long-term listings and maximise brand presence in each venue.
  • Champion the brand across the London hospitality scene, building networks and opening doors in hospitality environments.

About You

  • A natural hunter - energised by prospecting, pitching and closing new accounts across London’s hotels, restaurant groups and independent venues.
  • Proven success winning new business within Hospitality, HORECA and the wider On-Trade, ideally across premium or multi-site environments.
  • A deep understanding of the London hotel, restaurant, bar and café landscape, with strong intuition about where the best opportunities sit.
  • Highly driven, resilient and motivated by targets, autonomy and the fast pace of London’s hospitality sector.
  • Commercially sharp, able to tailor pitches to customer needs and articulate the value of a multi-brand premium water portfolio.
