This award-winning travel business is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their hugely successful business, which has offices throughout Europe. Job Description:
In this role you will drive the growth of the UK holiday accommodation portfolio by identifying, securing, and managing relationships with new lodge and holiday park partners. You will represent the brand with credibility and commercial insight, balancing strategic thinking with creative flair to deliver results.
- Source and contract new lodge and holiday park locations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, operators and third-party suppliers
- Represent the brand at industry events and within the UK holiday sector
- Manage relationships across a range of stakeholders, from landowners to private equity firms
- Arrange and attend site visits to support recruitment of new partners
- Advise on ways to enhance owner investment performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective presentation and promotion
- Monitor and report on park performance using both data and insights
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Continuously seek opportunities to grow the accommodation portfolio
Experience Required:
- Experienced in business development with a strong track record of success
- Comfortable working with a basic and high target driven commissions
- Strong communicator including visual presentations in person and video
- Confident in relationship-building
- Proactive and curious, constantly seeking new opportunities and insights
- Experience using analytical tools to inform decisions
