(Hybrid role) Essential skills: Previous experience selling Glass or Glass hardware. Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, events, and referrals.
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients; maintain long-term, value-based relationships.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale within company guidelines.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
If possible proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
High level of self-motivation, resilience, and goal orientation.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Additional Information:
Salary £40,000 per year
After sales target of £500,000 per year, commission of 2.25% will be applied to orders above £500,000 per year
Either the salesperson can use their own vehicle, and we can pay towards wear and tear along with fuel costs or we can provide a small company car
We will provide a company credit card, laptop and mobile phone with contract
We expect that the salesperson meets with us at least once a month at Park Royal to provide updates, discuss the visits and so forth
Area to be covered: South England including Birmingham but not London . Travelling to clients and events will be required
