As part of the development of our Minerals and Feed Additives business, we are recruiting a B2B Sales to strengthen our team and support our growth.
Key responsibilities: As B2B Sales, you are responsible for promoting and selling our products and establishing and maintaining customer relationships whilst achieving agreed sales & margin targets. -
Consolidate & develop strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base. -
Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives. -
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (frequent travels abroad). -
Collaborate with all the teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities. -
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. -
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

What were looking for: -
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field -
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar sector -
Excellent client servicing, organisational, and communication skills -
