Business Development Representative (BDR) – SaaS West Midlands

£30,000 base + £12,000 OTE | Company Car | Overseas Trips


Flourish have partnered with a SaaS business based in the West Midlands that are looking to hire an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to strengthen their sales team.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to succeed, confident in their approach, and keen to learn from experienced industry professionals.


The Opportunity

As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and feeding the sales pipeline. You’ll be on the front line - prospecting, opening doors, and building relationships - while also having the opportunity to shadow senior sales professionals as they run and close deals, giving you invaluable exposure to the full sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • New business development through cold calling, door knocking, and outbound prospecting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
  • Qualifying leads and opening new sales opportunities
  • Booking meetings and supporting senior sales team members
  • Shadowing senior sales professionals to learn how deals are managed and closed
  • Accurately recording sales activity and pipeline updates
  • Representing the business professionally in the field


Candidate Profile

  • A high level of hunger, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with a target-driven environment
  • A genuine interest in sales and business development
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
