Job description:
Initiate calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads, including existing customers targeted for cross/up-selling, prior customers, and potential new customers.
Establish and maintain positive customer relations by providing prompt and accurate services.
Proactively sell targeted products/services as part of customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and offer solutions that match Forterro's offerings.
Work towards sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Respond to customer-initiated calls to activate services, request changes in products/services, and resolve any product, service, or billing issues.
Keep track of customer interactions and follow up to close sales effectively.
Liaise with Forterro Finance teams as required for billing and other financial aspects of sales transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer responses, and follow-up actions.
Report sales performance and any customer feedback to the management.
