Our Client

A high-growth B2B SaaS company operating in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) space, supporting organisations that are navigating increasing regulatory pressure, cybersecurity risk, and operational complexity.

The business works with SME and mid-market organisations across sectors such as Financial Services, Legal, Professional Services, and Retail/Manufacturing. The London-based team is scaling its commercial function and investing heavily in building a strong sales foundation, with clear progression paths for high performers.


What You’ll Get

  • Up to £40k base salary plus £20k on top OTE uncapped

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect into SME and mid-market organisations through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and events
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across compliance, risk, IT, and security functions
  • Run structured qualification calls to uncover challenges, priorities, and buying intent
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings and demos for inside sales managers
  • Maintain high activity levels while ensuring thoughtful, value-led conversations
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, maintaining strong pipeline hygiene
  • Work closely with marketing to improve messaging, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Build strong product knowledge and understanding of the GRC landscape


What You’ll Need

  • 12+ months’ experience as a BDR or SDR within a SaaS environment
  • Confidence speaking with new prospects and handling objections
  • A highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfort with phone-based outreach and high-activity sales environments
  • Strong organisation, coachability, and desire to develop a career in B2B SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as BANT and/or MEDDIC
