Role Purpose / Summary
A Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a business or department. They support operations across various functional areas, implementing strategies to achieve organisational goals.

Role Details:

• Position: Business Operations Analyst
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Telford, Hybrid (2 days a week)
• Salary: £236 Umbrella inside IR35

The Business Operations Analyst will support the Practice by creating strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive efficiencies and ensure consistent delivery of processes and tooling. They will be part of the Practice's Business Operations Team and may deputise for the Business Operations Partner.

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Experience with M-Cycle outputs (M-Review Pack, Risk & Opportunities, Headcount)
• Support delivery of resourcing & recruitment strategies
• Implement Practice Communications plan
• Maintain governance structures
• Collaborate with TWP to achieve training & capability targets
