KeyResponsibilitie

  • Managingamixedportfolioofclients,deliveringhighqualityaccounts,taxandadvisoryservices
  • Leadingandmentoringateamofaccountants
  • Supportingbusinessdevelopmentandidentifyingopportunitiesforgrowth
  • Maintainingstrongclientrelationships,includingmeetingprospectiveclients
  • Ensuringcomplianceandconsistentlyhighservicestandards

Skills&Experience

  • ACA/ACCAqualifiedwithastrongpracticebackground(ideally3+yearsPQE)
  • Provenexperiencemanagingclientportfoliosanddevelopingstaff
  • StrongITcapability,includingSage,Xero,QuickBooks,Office365andideallyIRIS/MyWorkpapers
  • Confidentcommunicatorwithaproactive,organisedandprofessionalapproach
  • Ambitious,selfmotivatedandcommittedtoprogressingintoaleadershiprole
