An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Solutions Director to lead the transformation of legal operations across a progressive UK law firm.
This senior leadership role will define and deliver the firmwide Business Solutions strategy, driving continuous improvement in systems, processes and ways of working. Working closely with the COO, Business Services Directors and Divisional Leads, you will optimise operations, unlock value through technology and digital transformation (including AI), and enhance service delivery across legal and support teams.
You will champion innovation, promote adoption of legal technology, and ensure the firm leverages knowledge systems and emerging tools to meet its strategic and growth objectives. The role also has oversight of Knowledge Management systems, supplier relationships and budget, ensuring value for money and an excellent user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the firms Business Solutions and innovation strategy
Delivering large-scale change and continuous improvement initiatives
Driving adoption of legal tech, AI and digital transformation projects
Overseeing Knowledge Management systems and governance
Managing Business Analysts and collaborating with IT, Training and senior stakeholders
Reporting to Executive leadership, tracking KPIs and ensuring strategic alignment
