Role Summary
Etans Ltd, a professional cleaning company serving North Yorkshire and County Durham, is hiring a Business Support Officer to coordinate operations and provide administrative support across its commercial and residential cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule staff rotas and allocate work across cleaning sites
- Maintain compliance records (Health & Safety, COSHH, training logs)
- Manage client communications and service requests
- Support payroll, invoicing, and stock control
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in administration or business support (essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
