Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Analysis: Work directly with business users (Sales, Finance, Operations) to capture requirements around quoting, commercials, approvals, and contract management; translate business problems into technical requirements and solution designs; facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders.Solution Design & Architecture: Design CPQ solutions with a focus on pricing models, discounting logic, approval workflows, and financial controls; define integration patterns with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) and ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); produce functional and technical design specifications.Development & Implementation: Develop and extend CPQ functionality using .NET (C#, Web API), RavenDB, and Angular (where applicable); create and maintain integrations with CRM and ERP systems; implement approval workflows and financial validation rules; ensure code quality through best practices (clean code, patterns, unit testing).Collaboration & Delivery: Work in agile sprints, contribute to backlog refinement and story definition; collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions; provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
Minimum Key Competency and ExperienceStrong background in .NET development (C#, Web API) with experience in building scalable business applications.Experience with NoSQL (RavenDB preferred) and/or relational databases.Familiarity with integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware, ETL).Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Core CompetenciesKnowledge of commercial models, pricing, approvals, and contract lifecycle in a CPQ context.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics) and ERP integrations.Comfortable gathering and analyzing requirements directly with clients.Ability to design and implement business logic, approval rules, and financial calculations.
PreferredAt least 4-6 years relevant experience in the IT services or managed services industry.Familiarity with revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and financial approval models.Exposure to Kendo UI / Angular UI development.Prior involvement in CPQ or ERP transformation programs.
Coordinate with Product Manager / OwnerYes, on Daily Basis (Daily Stand Ups)
