PA to UHNW Founder - Mayfair (Business & Private) - One year contract starting asap

This is an interesting and very busy/responsible role for an energised and experienced PA (6 years+) with a background demonstrating support in both a private and business capacity at a high level. Top English skills written and spoken in essential.  A proactive, detailed way of working always one step ahead..  Degree preferred.  Top English skills written and spoke essential.  Background in Fashion, UHNW Family Office, High Profile individual or Entrepreneurial CEO is needed for this fast paced and very interesting role covering many aspects.

High Profile Founder involved in many different aspects within various business matters is  needing a top wing person to think ahead and take on some of the load.  Based in fabulous offices in Mayfair (Team of 60+)  There is a great vibe in the office and lots of support

Projects & involvement in all aspects from large events, philanthropy to wide personal support + business matters.  The Principal is dynamic and very likeable with a good sense of humour and is very hands on.  You will be able to match her energy and enthusiasm.

Well presented and spoken with 7 years+ as a busy a 50/50 Business & Private PA for either high profile or UHNW individual at senior level.  Top logistics, managing an ever changing diary & schedule. Top juggling skills, able to prioritise and build relationships quickly and happy to manage multiple requests and change tack when needed from business to private

There will be some out of hours (not all the time) especially when entertaining both in the household and within a top venue.  Discretion and confidentiality is key and the willingness to give 100% to the role and build trust and confidence from day 1. Good handover and plenty of support within the company based in beautiful offices in Mayfair within a team of 60.  Excellent package + bonus
