Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day butchery operations and production

Lead, train, and motivate a team of skilled butchers

Maintain high standards of quality, yield, and presentation

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations

Control stock, ordering, and waste management

*

Drive efficiency and support business performance targets

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as a Butchery Manager or Senior Butcher

*

Strong leadership and people management skills

*

Excellent knowledge of meat preparation and production

*

Solid understanding of food safety and compliance standards

*

A hands-on, organised, and commercially aware approach
