for a leading manufacturer based in Moulton Park, Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. You will be working in a clean and organised production environment assembling electrical and data cables used across a range of industries. The Role
As a
Cable Assembly Operative , your duties may include: Assembling power cables, data cables and wires to specification Using hand tools and semi-automated equipment (cutting, stripping, crimping) Carrying out soldering and crimping Reading and following written or visual instructions Performing quality checks on completed work Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who: Have previous experience with soldering, crimping, or cable/wire assembly Are reliable and punctual Can work independently and as part of a team Are comfortable with hands-on, detailed work Have good attention to detail Are able to follow instructions accurately Previous experience in production, assembly, manufacturing or electronics is highly desirable.
