CAD Analyst\n\n5-month initial contract\n\nHybrid working - Gaydon\n\n£27ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw\n\n*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.*\n\nAbout the company\n\nI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a CAD Analyst to join their team\n\n\n\nAs CAD Analyst, your main responsibilities are:\n\nCreate and manage Engineering BoMs (CAD) for full vehicle programmes.\nIdentify and resolve geometry quality issues in CAD data ahead of part ordering.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to investigate and fix geometry quality issues.\nEnsure alignment between Engineering BoMs and other key datasets supporting part supply.\nLead and support CAD quality reviews with stakeholders and customers. \n\nQualifications / Skills needed\n\nStrong understanding of CAD compatibility and data quality.\nExperience using the 3D Experience (3DX) platform to view and assess CAD data.\nProven experience in resolving CAD-related issues in collaboration with engineering teams.\nExperience with physical vehicle assessments and prototype build processes.\nUnderstanding of part release, procurement, and supply chain processes.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. \n\nWhy work through Contechs?\n\nContechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
