Are you an experienced CAD CAM Programmer with strong Heidenhain programming skills? Do you have a background in 3-axis to 5-axis milling and offline programming?
Your background as a CAD CAM Programmer: Strong experience with offline programming of CNC machines, ideally 3-axis through to 5-axis milling Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification Proficiency in Heidenhain controls is essential. Familiarity with VISI CAM software is highly desirable. Solid understanding of precision machining, tooling, and fixture design Knowledge of both CNC turning and milling operations, ideally with some Fanuc experience as well Experience with 3D CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and VISI Exposure to AS9100D quality standards and lean manufacturing principles
