With our state of the art manufacturing facility based in Sittingbourne, we specialise in producing a wide range of premium quality mobility equipment and crafting unique customisations to satisfy the needs of any disability.
The role:
- Receive work orders and interpret what is required
- Determine manufacturing process
- Refer to workshop drawings to establish what is required
- Design elements for bespoke orders
- Plan how to do the work, and collate the required materials
- Manufacture parts according to quality specification
- Cut materials accurately and to specification, mould and/or bend materials to finished form, trim/smooth finished parts, and manufacture items using the relevant tools and equipment, e.g. lathe and milling machines
- Assemble products
- CNC cutting table set up and operation using Auto CAD
Relevant work background to all the above is preferred including CNC router set up and basic understanding of Auto CAD and IT plus you technical interest/aptitude although we can train on the rest of what is necessary, but equally important is the right attitude and a willingness to work.
