About the Role We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value CAPEX projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving operational excellence through the successful execution of engineering and infrastructure projects, from concept through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost forecasts * Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and external contractors * Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and regulatory standards * Oversee contractor selection, procurement processes, and vendor management * Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies * Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders * Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings

Requirements * Proven experience managing CAPEX projects within FMCG or food manufacturing environments * Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment * Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-site or high-value projects * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control * Knowledge of health & safety and food industry regulations * Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable
