Your role will be vital in motivating and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise care home shifts effectively.Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff.Ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.Recognise and celebrate team and individual achievements.Problem-solve efficiently and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude.Communicate effectively and report accurately.
Required Skills & Experience:
