Temporary Staff Cover (Care Home) We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable
Care Assistants
to provide
temporary cover
in our friendly and supportive care home. Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining dignity and respect at all times. Key Responsibilities: Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting mobility and mealtimes
Providing companionship and emotional support
Following care plans and health & safety procedures
Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, caring environment
Requirements: Previous experience as a Care Assistant (preferred but not essential)
A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends as required)
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
