We are currently seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our clients well established residential home in in Ringmer, Lewes
The Role:
Provide appropriate attention whilst ensuring residents retain their dignity and comfort
Observe care plans for all residents and complete daily records
Assist in framework of social activities in the home
Escorting residents travelling to and from the home (trips and hospital visits)
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable
Efficient and reliable with a positive attitude to enhancing the care of the residents
